There centre posts imformation about different careers and offer employment and training opportunites. This includes on-the job training/ or work experience. They also offer information and does refferal to all Employment Ontario Funded Programs including Second Career programs for laid-off workers and Ontario Self Employment Benefit Program (OSEB). The OSEB program offers income and entrepreneurial support during the process of developing
information about different careers and
occupations, the local labour market, employment and training opportunities *
on-the-job training and/or work experience and, in some cases, additional
support to help maintain employment * information and referrals to all
Employment Ontario Funded Programs including Second Career Program for laid-off
workers and the Ontario Self Employment Benefit Program (OSEB), which offers
income and entrepreneurial support during the process of developing and
launching a business * information about, and referral to, other community
services and supports.
